Meet Homevibes, the fresh brokerage making waves in Raleigh, NC. They came to me with a wish list:

I was able to get the website done in less than 2 months, weaving their existing logo and brand pictures into a slick website. Focusing on the goals above, the final result gives the client a professional platform to inform his audience about the real estate market in the area.

Website Process & Design
The client already had a generic website that gave a home search functionality. He didn’t want to spend extra on additional IDX plugins (but wanted the ability to add that later). To work around this problem, I created a beautiful front facing website that he can post his articles and guides on to build up his personal brand. Then the property search goes to the generic website to have the IDX property search feature. The buyer and seller guides became a lead generation to build up his email subscription list.

AfterThis project launched in December of 2023. If this was an ongoing or in-house project, these would be the items that I would consistently monitor to increase traffic:
developing engaging blog post and increasing the video content
get the property search directly onto the website instead of a link to another page
SEO terms would be monitored and tested to get the website ranking on page one of search engines
A/B test different CTAs to build the email list
